Questions/Clarification

Clarification- Some of you have asked if you can read The Other Wes Moore as your memoir this summer.  Since it was our school-wide read last summer, ONLY incoming freshmen can choose this as your memoir.  

Questions- If you have any individual questions about your summer reading, I'd be happy to help with anything you need.  However, you should email me directly at pathinelis@gltech.org or Mrs. Bennett at ebennett@gltech.org.  Please do not submit your questions as a blog post.

Post #2: I see where you're coming from...

Talk about the connections you are making to your memoir. Think about how you relate personally, any connections to other books,and any connections to the world around you.

Post #1: What was the hook when you picked your book?

Discuss how you chose your memoir.  

What made you want to read it?  

What are your initial reactions to the book?
  

What about the book makes you want to continue reading?

Please respond in at least two paragraphs.  Make sure to use relevant and specific information from the text to support your thoughts and ideas.

Be sure to respond to at least TWO other posts.
